No. 8 / Between Dimensions Edition
Gary Woodley
Life Story
Geometric forms and deadpan text are combined in this print to engage the viewer with the point at which two adjacent spheres meet. Gary Woodley’s work explores relationships between real and hypothetical space, often through architectural interventions, which he describes as three-dimensional drawings.
This print is part of a portfolio published to coincide with the exhibition Between Dimensions at the Curwen Gallery, London in 1990. Woodley was one of eight artists selected by Mel Gooding to contribute to the exhibition and portfolio, which also featured work by Adam Barker-Mill, Christine Hatt, Michael Kidner, John Carter, Alan Johnston, Stanislav Kolíbal and Ian Tyson.
