No. 1 / Between Dimensions Edition
Adam Barker-Mill
Life Story
Adam Barker-Mill uses a range of media to examine the physical and experimental properties of light. This bold monochrome print relates to the ‘Etchings’ series that he produced in 1989 and to the slots of light that feature in his sculptural and architectural works.
This print is part of a portfolio published to coincide with the exhibition Between Dimensions at the Curwen Gallery, London in 1990. Barker-Mill was one of eight artists selected by Mel Gooding to contribute to the exhibition and portfolio, which also featured work by Christine Hatt, Michael Kidner, Ian Tyson, John Carter, Alan Johnston, Stanislav Kolíbal and Gary Woodley.
