Tanjo butsu: The Buddha at Birth
Life Story
This small figure is cast in bronze and stands on a small circular plinth decorated with petal-like features. Simply attired, the figure appears dressed in long, wide trousers. The right arm is raised vertically in the air, and the left arm hanging straight down. There is some surface discolouration.
