Fabio Rambelli performs the Shō

More Information

Prof Fabio Rambelli joins us in the Living Area with the Sainsbury Institute for the Study of Japanese Arts and Cultures (SISJAC) for a performance of ancient Japanese music. The shō is free reed musical instrument and one of the three primary woodwind instruments used in gagaku court orchestra music. This performance marked 25 years of SISJAC. Congratulations to Simon Kaner and the team!
